Throughout his career, Quentin has demonstrated a clear trajectory of growth and impact. As Purchasing Manager for U.S. IOL Inc., he expertly managed the end-to-end procurement process. This includes sourcing and negotiating with vendors, managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, and purchasing new products while overseeing inventory. A key focus of his work involves implementing strategic sourcing initiatives and conducting spend analysis reviews, which have successfully reduced overall purchasing costs and optimized various spending categories.

Prior to his current role at U.S. IOL Inc., Quentin built a strong foundation in management and sales at Sherwin-Williams. As a Market Manager, he achieved a historic milestone by generating over $3M in sales in a single year. He skillfully managed a Profit and Loss statement, coached sales teams in effective strategies, and streamlined route planning to reduce costs and improve efficiency. His ability to liaise between senior management and frontline teams allowed him to implement effective changes that revitalized market growth.

Quentin’s expertise is backed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a 3.9 GPA from Louisiana State University and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University. His advanced education and hands-on experience in vendor management, cost-reduction, and strategic sourcing make him a dynamic and effective leader in the supply chain field.
